My History
I became a mother while living as a migrant, and I understood what it truly means to mother in solitude. That’s why today I support other mothers, so they don’t have to walk that path alone.
I’m Violeta, a migrant mother, biologist, and breastfeeding and babywearing counselor.
My story brings together three paths: science, migration, and motherhood. I’ve lived the challenges of starting over in another country, as well as the experience of becoming a mother far from home. The early stage wasn’t easy—I felt alone, overwhelmed, and faced very difficult moments. But in the midst of that difficulty, I discovered how valuable it is to have not only clear information, but also someone who listens to you, understands you, and walks alongside you with empathy and care.
Today, my mission is to offer you exactly that: a safe space where you can navigate breastfeeding, babywearing, and feeding your baby with more confidence and less loneliness.

As a professional
Science as a foundation
I’ve always been fascinated by science—understanding how the human body works and how, through nutrition, we can care for both health and the environment. That curiosity led me to study Biological Chemistry at the University of San Carlos of Guatemala, and later to complete a Master’s degree in Food Science and Technology at the University of Santiago de Chile.
For several years, I worked in microbiology and quality control laboratories, an environment that taught me discipline, rigor, and the importance of paying attention to detail. My work focused on finding solutions to improve human health and environmental sustainability—topics that have always deeply interested me.
Over time, I realized that this same scientific way of observing, analyzing, and understanding processes could also be applied to something much more personal: motherhood. And it was precisely this connection between science and everyday life that later led me to dedicate myself to supporting families through breastfeeding, babywearing, and infant feeding.

Science as a foundation
My journey as a lactation consultant began with my own experience as a migrant mother, facing the challenges of motherhood far from home.
Upon arriving in Germany, I encountered the loneliness, doubts, and uncertainty that many mothers feel when they are away from their support network, but it was in those moments that I discovered the power that comes with knowledge and the right support.
Today, with two wonderful daughters and a solid background in breastfeeding and babywearing, I'm here to support you on your own journey, offering the tools, support, and confidence to help you experience breastfeeding and motherhood fully and lovingly.

As a Migrant
Migration as a journey
Before arriving in Germany, I had already experienced studying in another country. During my master’s degree in Chile, I learned what it means to adapt to new customs and step outside my comfort zone. But moving to Germany was a completely different change: a new language, another culture, and a way of life far removed from everything I had known.
When I became a mother, that distance was felt even more deeply. The absence of my support network, language barriers, and cultural differences made motherhood feel lonely in a way I had never experienced before.
That experience marked me profoundly. It helped me understand from the inside what many migrant mothers feel—the mix of love, exhaustion, and the desire to do things right, even when everything around you is new. And it was precisely this experience that awakened in me the desire to support other mothers who are also building their motherhood far from home.

Migration as a journey

As a Mom
Motherhood as a driving force
Motherhood transformed me in every sense. I experienced exhaustion, vulnerability, and doubt up close, but also the greatest strength and tenderness I had ever felt. Becoming a mother far from home showed me how important it is to feel supported, heard, and understood.
Through that process, I realized how heavy the lack of support can feel when you need it most. I had read a lot about breastfeeding and parenting, but living it without the right support was completely different. It wasn’t just information I needed, but someone who could look at me with empathy and help me trust myself.
That experience deeply shaped me. It helped me understand that beyond data and theories, mothers need presence, listening, and clarity in order to feel secure on their own path.

With a new perspective
Bringing the paths together
I feel that everything I am has come together on this path: my scientific training, my experience as a migrant, and my own motherhood. That combination gave me a broader and more compassionate perspective. I know what it means to have doubts, to feel alone, and to search for answers—but I also know the power of feeling supported and truly understood.
From my own experience as a mother, I chose to train professionally to support other families. I became certified as a breastfeeding counselor in 2020 through Prolactar Formación and continued specializing in ergonomic babywearing and complementary feeding in 2023 with Edulacta.
I stay in constant training to offer support that is evidence-based and adapted to the real needs of each family.
Today, I support families from a different place—one where science, experience, and empathy come together to offer you clear, warm support that respects your decisions as a mother. Because there isn’t just one way to mother, but we all deserve to do it accompanied.
